High corrosion-resistant chrome-free coating "DISGO"

Hydrogen embrittlement-free! Chrome-free high corrosion-resistant surface treatment technology adapted to environmental needs.

"DISGO" is a chrome-free, high corrosion-resistant surface treatment technology developed for steel products where delayed fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement from the electro-galvanizing process is a concern. It consists of a two-layer system formed by a base coat containing zinc aluminum and a top coat primarily made of aluminum and organic resin. The treatment can be broadly categorized into two types: low-temperature type and heavy corrosion-resistant type. It is capable of withstanding 2000 hours of salt spray testing and 200 cycles of composite cycle testing (heavy corrosion-resistant type), and it can also be used as a protective coating for stainless steel materials. 【Features】 ■ High corrosion resistance ■ Hydrogen embrittlement treatment, suitable for high carbon steel ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Reduces electro-corrosion ■ Low-temperature treatment (low-temperature type) ■ Control of friction coefficient is possible *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Chrome-free coating "DISGO (low temperature type)"

Suitable for high carbon steel materials with hydrogen embrittlement treatment! Significantly reduces electrocorrosion.

"DISGO (Low Temperature Type)" is a treatment specialized for rust prevention of steel products that are prone to property changes at processing temperatures. The DISGO treatment is a chromium-free, high corrosion-resistant surface treatment technology developed for steel products where delayed fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement from the electro-galvanizing process would be problematic. It is formed in two layers: a base coat containing zinc aluminum and a top coat primarily composed of aluminum and organic resin. With a processing temperature of 200°C, it falls into the lower category of baking treatments and is suitable for rust prevention of steel materials that have issues such as spring steel for seismic resistance and annealing problems. 【Features】 ■ Low temperature treatment (processing temperature 200°C) ■ High corrosion resistance: capable of 1000 hours in salt spray testing and 100 cycles in composite cycle testing ■ Environmentally friendly: does not use any of the six substances regulated by the RoHS directive, compliant with REACH regulations ■ Control of friction coefficient is possible: available in three types - low, standard, and high *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Disgo processing

High corrosion-resistant zinc aluminum flake coating containing epoxy resin, excellent weather resistance.

The Disgo treatment is a completely chrome-free high corrosion-resistant treatment that combines a base coat containing zinc aluminum and a top coat primarily made of aluminum and organic resin (epoxy resin). Since there are no acid washing or electrolysis processes, there is no concern about delayed fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement, making it ideal for high-strength, high-carbon components. There is also a low-temperature treatment variation available, which allows for measures against changes in physical properties of the treated materials. Additionally, regarding the repair of coating scratches, using the always-dry repair paint "Draal" can further extend the rust prevention capability.
